These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site Report Card website at sitereportcard.io ("Service"), operated by 48HR Web Design, a division of CI Industries ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service
Site Report Card is a free website analysis tool that evaluates websites across 21 checks in 5 categories (Performance, SEO, Trust & Credibility, Conversion, and Site Health). Our tool uses publicly available data and Google PageSpeed Insights to generate a score and recommendations for website improvement.
3. Use of Service
When using Site Report Card, you agree to:
- Only analyze websites you own or have authorization to analyze
- Not attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service
- Not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal use
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Comply with our rate limits (currently 10 analyses per minute per IP address)
4. Analysis Results & Disclaimer
The website analysis, scores, and recommendations provided by Site Report Card are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, our results are based on automated checks and publicly available data at the time of analysis. Results may vary and should not be considered professional web development, SEO, or legal advice. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will achieve any specific business outcome.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Site Report Card — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the analysis methodology — is the property of 48HR Web Design / CI Industries and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your individual report results but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without prior written consent.
6. User-Submitted Content
When you submit a URL for analysis, provide your email address, or submit information through our contact form, you grant us permission to use that information to provide our services, send you the requested analysis report, and respond to your inquiries. We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Analytics, and advertising networks. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Report Card, 48HR Web Design, and CI Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $100 USD. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
